Jeff Mushin, Culinary Chair/Executive Chef of Le Cordon Bleu College of Cullinary Arts is a GREAT teacher! After all, he's surrounded by students all day in Cambridge. Technique Restaurant is run by the Le Cordon Bleu students and is great. They now have a fantastic tent over the patio area but we unfortunately couldn't use it - threat of yet ANOTHER storm. Is summer coming? We had a great time anyway (we always do). We'll try to continue this throughout the summer but on a Monday or Tuesday night instead. Hope to see all of you very soon!
